I’ve been blogging about mental health and wellness since 2015, and I share my personal journey of recovering from addiction and chronic health conditions with just about everyone who’ll listen.
In service of my own growth, I followed my heart, ditched the city of Austin, and moved to the Texas Gulf Coast with my fiancé, our dog, and two cats in 2021. Now we spend our Saturdays at the beach, saluting the sun with the pup (but not the kitties, of course).
I practice yoga, meditation, and grounding daily, and I love baking nutritious, gut-healing treats in my spare time.
